STEP 1
How to make cabbage stew in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Instead of tomatoes, you can put tomato paste or tomato juice, adding as the vegetables are ready. Wash and peel all the vegetables. Cut the onion into a small cube. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes, wash it and your knife with cold water.
STEP 2
Cut the cabbage into medium cubes.
STEP 3
Also cut the potatoes into medium cubes.
STEP 4
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add chopped onions. Fry the onion for 10 minutes on the “Baking” mode, stirring occasionally!
STEP 5
While the onion is frying, cut the carrots into medium cubes.
STEP 6
Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
STEP 7
Also cut the zucchini into medium cubes.
STEP 8
Cut the tomato into medium cubes and slice the garlic. Place all vegetables in a bowl, add salt, and add your favorite spices.
STEP 9
Mix the vegetables and sprinkle chopped herbs on top. Cook the stew for 1 hour on the “Stew” mode with the lid closed. After the set time, the multicooker will beep. This means the stew is ready. You can serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
