Stew with cabbage in a slow cooker includes many ingredients. I made it from young fresh vegetables. So that the vegetables do not boil over, but keep their shape well, I put them in the slow cooker in stages: first, I fried the onions and carrots for 4-5 minutes ("frying" mode), then added potatoes with a small amount of water and simmered for about 7-8 minutes ("stewing" mode "), then threw in the zucchini, cabbage, bell peppers and tomatoes and continued to simmer for 10-12 minutes, and at the very end sprinkled with chopped frozen dill. And with the lid on and the slow cooker turned off, the stew lasted for about 30 minutes. I didn’t add any garlic or spices. The stew turned out to have a rich vegetable taste, you could feel the slight sourness of the tomatoes, but I like it that way. Served sprinkled with herbs. Wonderful recipe! Thank you!
