    Wash fresh parsley and purple basil and dry. Tear off the tender leaves; do not use the rough part. Chop finely. Place in a deep bowl.

It's zucchini season! Steaming zucchini in a slow cooker is quick and tasty, and you don’t have to stand at the stove))) A very easy recipe, even a child can do it. For the marinade I used everything on the list - fresh basil, fresh parsley, unscented oil and sea salt. Cut the young zucchini into 1 cm thick slices and mix with the marinade. I placed it in a container for steaming and cooked it in the Redmond multicooker in the “steam” mode for 15 minutes. The zucchini came out juicy, tender, aromatic and tasty. They did not fall apart during cooking and were completely cooked. Everyone liked the light, healthy and dietary dish. Great combination of basil, parsley, garlic and zucchini!
