  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make steamed chicken cutlets in a slow cooker? Prepare your food. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the apples and remove seeds. Choose better firm, green, juicy fruits. Peel the onion as well.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the fillet into small pieces. Scroll it through a meat grinder or use a blender-chopper. I chose the second one. Grind the onions and apples together with the meat. You should get a homogeneous mass.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Next, add semolina, a pinch of paprika (for color, so that the cutlets are not very pale) and salt to taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    And again beat everything well.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Form cutlets. Minced chicken is always sticky, so it’s better to wet your hands in water and only then make cutlets. I got 8 pieces. Place them in a steamer bowl.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Sprinkle a generous pinch of paprika on top of each cutlet - the finished dish will look beautiful and bright. Pour 1 liter of water into the multicooker bowl. To speed up the process, I advise you to pour boiling water. Place the steamer basket in the bowl and close the lid. Select a mode suitable for steaming (it may have different names depending on the model), set the time to 20 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

After the time has passed, the cutlets are ready.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

They are very tender and fragrant.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Juicy and not dry at all.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Serve cutlets with vegetables or any other side dish.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Bon appetit!

Steamed chicken cutlets with semolina are a dietary option. Sometimes I cook. I don't add apple, but I'll try. I think it will add juiciness to the cutlets.

I made steamed PP chicken cutlets for my daughter in a slow cooker using this recipe. I kept all the proportions. I ground the chicken breast in a blender, it’s very convenient. Along with the meat, I put onion, apple, semolina, salt and paprika in a bowl. Everything was perfectly kneaded into a homogeneous minced meat. I had no time to cook in the evening, so I put the bowl of minced meat in the refrigerator until the morning. I wasn’t worried about the freshness, because it doesn’t contain eggs or milk. In the morning the minced meat swelled and acquired good density. I scooped it up with a tablespoon and shaped it with wet hands. Lightly sprinkled paprika on top. Added a bay leaf to the water for flavor and steamed for 30 minutes. The cutlets turned out incredibly juicy and soft! Perhaps the apple softened the dry breast. In general, I was afraid to add an apple, but it turned out that it was absolutely not felt in the cutlets. My daughter ate steamed cutlets with pleasure!

I found an interesting recipe for healthy cutlets on my favorite website. I’ve never put an apple in minced meat, I wanted to try it. I steamed PP chicken cutlets in a slow cooker according to this recipe. I cut the chicken fillet into pieces using an immersion blender with onions. I also added a clove of garlic. Added an apple cut into pieces, semolina, salt, paprika and a little ground coriander. Mixed the mixture with a blender. The result was an airy and pasty mass. With wet hands, I formed balls, placed them in a baking dish for steaming, and sprinkled with ground sweet paprika. Cooked in a slow cooker in the “steam” mode for 20 minutes. Everything is very fast and simple. The cutlets came out incredible. They are aromatic, very tasty, juicy and tender. They just melt in your mouth. You can't feel the apple in the cutlets at all. Paprika looks good and makes the steamed dish appetizing. Great recipe! My child said “cutlets are too tasty”) and that says it all! I recommend! Many thanks to the author for the new product!

I DID NOT LIKE THE TASTE. APPLE AND SEMONA FOR AN Amateur. The taste is not very pleasant, maybe because of the turmeric, I added a little turmeric instead of paprika

I am delighted with the recipe! Finally, the breast is juicy and tasty! The only thing is that my blender couldn’t cope with the apples, so I had to grate them.
