    Peel and cut the garlic into LARGE slices, and a third of the chili pepper into rings.

Mag, don’t you need to roll the cod in either flour or egg? Pepper and garlic come in very handy here))) This fish is definitely suitable for my diet, I really like cod, only if it’s not frozen a hundred times, which can often be found here))) It’s a meaty fish and delicious, I’m putting it in my folder! A little pepper is ok)))

Shur, no deboning, seriously! Fish, olive oil, garlic and pepper, plus salt (I personally needed it), although you can do without. The taste of the fish turns out... um... surprisingly fishy. It turns out that the batter muffles it (I’m also used to cod in batter).
