Chloe Brown

Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother prepared her signature pies, and the smell of them always hung in the house. These moments brought our family together around the table, where food united us and gave us joy. Later, while traveling around the world, I became inspired by the variety of cuisines: from the delights of Italian pastas to the spicy curries of India. Each new dish is like a story about culture and traditions. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible. May everyone find joy in cooking and experience how it connects hearts.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at The International Culinary Center.
