I chose this cake, probably because of the name and because I wanted to bake something from cottage cheese! It’s really easy to prepare, and most importantly quickly. The only thing I would like to add is that you probably shouldn’t eat it right away (as with all cakes), you need to soaked in a little. I cooked it in the evening, so I took a sample for breakfast :) It just melts in your mouth! I recommend it to everyone!!!

Mmm)) what a cake! I was taught cottage cheese from childhood)) Therefore, I simply adore all kinds of cheesecakes and curds)) But I haven’t tried a cake with curd cream yet..) I’m already anticipating how delicate its taste will be)))) It’s hard to give up sweets, but sweet, low-calorie and healthy - it’s simply impossible))) And you can’t say no to something like that! I will definitely make this delicious dish :)))
