I decided to make lazy dumplings with semolina and cottage cheese for the children. I kneaded the dough, it was not thick enough (for my taste), so I added another spoonful of flour and semolina and let the mixture sit. She formed lazy dumplings, then boiled them until tender. I served them with berries and thick yogurt. Not only the children liked it, but I liked it too! Thanks for the recipe

Wow, what an interesting recipe! I have never seen anything like this anywhere or on anyone. Thanks for the find!! I recently cooked slightly different dumplings for my family. But since we are talking about them, then I will share the recipe. I found a recipe a long time ago and it didn’t leave me indifferent. I found it on the Bonduelle website, there’s a whole treasure trove of interesting recipes, take a look! Finely chop the cabbage and onion and fry together in 3 tablespoons of heated olive oil. Add mushrooms, salt and stir. To prepare the dough, gradually add water to the flour, stirring constantly. Knead the stiff dough, roll it out and cut out circles. Place the filling in the center of each. Connect the edges and boil in salted water. In a separate container, mix mustard, vinegar, remaining olive oil and sugar until smooth, add capers to the resulting mass and mix again. Serve dumplings with sauce.
