Well, after cooking, the color is a little different, but the result is the same - trace elements, vitamins, fiber - everything in it remains undamaged and just begs to be put into your mouth, soft, tender and tasty! Great, Mag!

Good recipe! Well, I make it a little simpler - I don’t bother with cooking (I don’t like washing dishes) and I don’t add garlic (for some time now it has been contraindicated for me and my husband. Mew the broccoli under running water, separate it into florets and put it in a colander so that the water drains as much as possible . In the meantime, put the frying pan on the fire and pour in a little vegetable oil (often olive oil). Place cabbage inflorescences in one row in a medium-heated frying pan, add a little salt and a little pepper. Fry the cabbage until golden brown, turning it over periodically. After frying, add it to the frying pan. a little water from the kettle, reduce the heat and simmer the cabbage until half-cooked (if you bring it to readiness, then there will be absolutely nothing left of microelements and vitamins. I put the finished cabbage on a large dish and sprinkle with soy sauce. Bon appetit.)
