Chocolate-lemon madeleines from Pierre Hermé
An exquisite dessert with the aroma of chocolate and a hint of lemon. Just recently I came across recipes from the famous French pastry chef Pierre Hermé. This is a very talented person, he gained particular popularity thanks to his French macaron cookies. This is his favorite dessert, with which he constantly works and comes up with incredible combinations. I can only hope that someday I will get around to his macaron recipe, but for now I want to share with you a very simple, but such a delicious madeleine recipe. They turn out very tender, with the aroma of chocolate and a slight hint of lemon. You can prepare them not only with special molds, but also in simple muffin tins.

Irisha! What excellent variations on the sea theme, and the sea breeze blew in! I want to go to the sea, but definitely with Irisha’s cookies, a very interesting combination of cocoa and zest. They probably melt in your mouth, leaving a trail of unforgettable taste sensations...

So, now I’m sitting at the computer and there’s nothing tasty, and then Irisha’s chocolate cupcakes are just a tease, and out of spite I’ll go and eat a watermelon

Oh! Anahit! As I understand you, I also crushed half a kilo of apples looking at these cookies.

Yes, we now have two types of Madeleine - light and chocolate, but you can prepare both types at once and together they will look great on a dish. Anait, Irchik, Irisha - You have such a sweet tooth, but you did the right thing by eating fruit in the evening, and not just a roll with butter and sweets, looking at such cookies! I myself would gladly join your audience, but I decided to take up proper nutrition - separate, I have been adhering to this program for 20 days, excluded all flour and sweets from the diet, eat proteins and complex carbohydrates (meat with vegetables and legumes). So my mouth waters, looking at all your art!!!

Shura, I really, really love baked ones. But for the last six months I have also been sticking to a fruit and vegetable regime. My legs are letting me down, I need to reduce the load on them. Well, I succeeded, I just have to be content with looking at the photo in Khrumka.

oh, girls, fruit is of course very tasty and healthy, but I still can’t refuse cookies) that’s why I bake it in small portions, so to speak, to try and please myself) but fruit every day is sacred
