Thanks for the step by step photos. The recipe interested me, but, as a beginner in baking, I would like to clarify a few points. Firstly, how much water should you add to the yeast (water is not listed in the ingredients)? Second, bags, how many grams should you take? We sell from 14g. up to 100g. Thanks in advance for your answer

Yeast packets of 10-11 grams (we sell both ways). I usually use 10-gram ones. You can take two or three spoons (tablespoons) of warm water for the dough, no more.
