STEP 1

How to make pancakes without eggs, soda and yeast? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You should not take very fresh kefir. It’s better to take one that has already stagnated in the refrigerator and you forgot about it a little. Heat kefir until warm.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough for pancakes, take a comfortable deep bowl. Pour warmed kefir into the bowl.
STEP 3

Add sugar and a pinch of salt to kefir. Mix the ingredients until the sugar begins to dissolve in the kefir.
STEP 4

Pour in vegetable oil.
STEP 5

Then add flour and immediately knead the dough. There is no need to use a mixer. The dough is kneaded well and quickly until smooth with a regular whisk.
STEP 6

Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the finished dough. It turns out like thick sour cream.
STEP 7

Heat the pan for making pancakes until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Spoon the dough without spreading it. Lay out the dough in a heap, and then it will spread itself as it should.
STEP 8

Cook the pancakes over low heat for about a minute on each side until golden brown.
STEP 9

Remove the finished pancakes to a paper towel to remove excess oil. Top the pancakes with sour cream, condensed milk or jam and serve hot. Bon appetit!
