Broccoli in olive oil with garlic
This dish is an easy butterfly! Ideal for those who watch their figure. I most often eat steamed broccoli when I'm on a diet because it's an extremely light, low-calorie dish that's very filling.
Broccoli is somehow cooked more in all sorts of delicate combinations, but this dish has a sharp and piquant taste. Good to eat both cold and hot.

STEP 1
Prepare ingredients - wash broccoli, peel garlic
STEP 2
Cut broccoli into florets.
STEP 3
Cut the garlic into small cubes
STEP 4
Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and pepper in it
STEP 5
Add the broccoli, literally lightly fry it, add water so that the cabbage is about half covered (the amount of water depends on the shape of the pan) and simmer until the desired degree of doneness. You can serve the stewed broccoli either hot or cold.
