Curd cheesecakes in a frying pan

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese pancakes in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cottage cheese for cheesecakes does not have to be fresh; yesterday’s cottage cheese is also suitable, which you no longer want to eat in its pure form, and in cheesecakes it will be subject to heat treatment. For children, it is better to use a natural and fresh product; for ladies on a diet, low-fat cottage cheese is suitable. Place cottage cheese in a bowl. Read about cottage cheese in the article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 2

Add sugar and salt to taste. Beat in chicken eggs and add thick sour cream. Wash the eggs with baking soda first to remove any possible contamination. Using a blender (if the cottage cheese is grainy) or a hand mixer, grind the ingredients together until the curd mass is homogeneous in consistency, the sugar should be completely dissolved. If desired, you can add additives such as dried fruits, pieces of fruit or berries.
STEP 3

Add a pinch of baking powder, vanilla on the tip of a knife and sifted wheat flour. If desired, you can use rice or corn flour instead of wheat flour. The finished cheesecakes will have a slightly different taste, and the dish will be even healthier. Mix the ingredients again, this can be done with a blender or a spoon. The mass should be thick and dense, but not too tight. You may need a little less or more flour. Read more at the link at the end of the recipe.
STEP 4

With hands dipped in water, take a little curd mass, carefully form a small pancake and roll it in wheat flour on all sides. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Warm it up. Over medium heat, fry the cheesecakes on one side until golden brown. Cover the frying pan with a lid and keep the cheesecakes on the fire for about 5 minutes. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read the articles at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5

Then remove the lid, turn the cheesecakes over and fry them for two minutes on the other side, without a lid, until golden brown. Do this with all the dough prepared for cheesecakes. It should be taken into account that the next batches of cheesecakes will need less time to fry. Serve delicious curd cheesecakes with flour fried in a frying pan to the table with sour cream, condensed milk or jam to taste. Bon appetit!
