This unusual casserole is prepared in layers. Cottage cheese casserole with zucchini turns out very tender, with an appetizing golden brown crust. I was interested in the unusual combination - cottage cheese and zucchini, and I decided to try this “new product”. The result did not disappoint me at all. It turned out very tasty and juicy. Serve the casserole as a separate dish warm. If desired, you can flavor it with sour cream.

The zucchini sat for a week and was waiting for its moment, and then I came across this recipe. I liked the unusual combination of zucchini and cottage cheese. Made for 2 servings. Beat the egg, cottage cheese, milk, salt and herbs in a blender until smooth. I added grated cheese. I took more zucchini, not 130g but 160g, and cut it into slices. First, I covered a 17x17 pan with parchment, laid out a layer of egg-curd mass, then zucchini, again mass and zucchini. Placed in the oven at 190° for 30 minutes. At the end, I sprinkled cheese on top and left for another 10 minutes. Zucchini casserole with cottage cheese in the oven, in my opinion, was a success! The zucchini turned out a little crunchy, but I like it even better. The dish itself is very reminiscent of an omelette, and you can’t taste the cottage cheese at all. I've been making this kind of casserole for a long time. I only grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, I don’t squeeze it. I mix it with cottage cheese, cheese, eggs, seasonings (I use hops-suneli or dill), put it in a greased form. I spread sour cream on top. Place in the oven preheated to 180 until browned. Delicious
