Soup with dumplings, pork, potatoes and bell peppers

STEP 1
ingredients 3 l. for the broth. Place a pan of water and cook the meat (chicken breast) in it for 20 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in a saucepan. Next we also cut the bell pepper and also add it to the pan.

While the water is boiling, meanwhile finely chop the onion

simmer it all in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.

Now beat the egg with salt and water

add flour and mix thoroughly

Prepare the dough as thick as for pancakes.

When the potatoes are cooked, take half a teaspoon of dough and drop it into the boiling broth. Don't forget to salt and pepper the broth.

As soon as the dumplings float, the soup is ready.
STEP 11
