STEP 1
We are preparing delicious soft curd cookies for dessert for tea.
STEP 2
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add 1 teaspoon. baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix. Then add 250 grams to the flour. butter and finely cut it with a knife directly into the flour.
STEP 3
Add 250 gr to the bowl. cottage cheese.
STEP 4
Separate the yolks from the whites.
STEP 5
Add the yolks of two eggs to the bowl.
STEP 6
Mix the dough well with your hands and collect it into a bun, which we put in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 7
Break one egg into a bowl, beat it well until smooth and remove the dough from the refrigerator.
STEP 8
Sprinkle the table with a small amount of flour, knead and roll out the dough, then brush the resulting flatbread with egg.
STEP 9
Once again, brush the flatbread with egg and fold it, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, putting it in a bag.
STEP 10
Prepare the glaze for the cookies and heat 40 g in a saucepan. butter.
STEP 11
Add 1 teaspoon to the oil. l. vanilla sugar, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar and 1 tbsp. water.

Mix well until smooth.

Turn on the oven at 200 gr. and cut cookies with a cookie cutter.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with beaten egg, then place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

After taking the cookies out of the oven, immediately brush them with icing.
STEP 17
