It is important to dry the mushrooms well, otherwise, once saturated with moisture, they will become watery. Cut the champignons into small cubes. If you use wild mushrooms, you must first boil them in salted water and then chop them.

    Fry the onions in a frying pan until half cooked.

    Add chopped champignons to the onions. Fry the mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally, until cooked. While cooking, salt the mushrooms and add ground black pepper.
