A simple batter with mayonnaise for pizza, pies, pancakes is really very easy and quick to prepare. I didn’t have kefir, so I replaced it with the same amount of milk fermented with vinegar (1/2 teaspoon). For the filling, I fried a chicken breast cut into small pieces, half an onion (cut into feathers), and a finely chopped clove of garlic. From the spices I added salt, ground black pepper, paprika. I added green onions and parsley to the finished filling. I baked the pie for 35 minutes in a cast iron pan with a diameter of 26 cm. It was well baked, rose and browned. The pie turned out to be soft, but it cuts very well and even when hot it doesn’t crumble. Thanks for the recipe!
