The pizza base is made in about 15 minutes, tasty and fast. It’s convenient when it’s already baking, and you’re chopping food at that time. The only thing is that for some reason it stuck to my mold, even though I greased it well with oil. Not tightly, but I had to peel it off carefully with a spatula. I’m thinking, maybe the dough should be poured into a hot pan, like a large pancake? By the way, the recipe doesn’t indicate when to put the eggs.

Parra, beautiful pizza! And I add eggs after kefir. I beat them lightly before doing this.

A very good recipe, I often make pizza, my husband loves it, there is no need to fuss with yeast or knead, the dough turns out smooth, very tasty, thanks to the author.

Wow! I'll take note! I even tried my best to make pizza in a frying pan, on a gas stove, over low heat (there was no oven, but I really wanted pizza during my student days). Thanks for such a simple and healthy recipe!

Thanks for the recipe! I took it to my cookbook. Sorry, please, maybe it’s none of my business, but for you “Step 3” is a piece already ready to eat.
