STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for the dough. We will prepare quick yeast dough using a straight method using milk. The milk must be heated to a temperature of about 36 degrees; you can check the temperature with a clean finger by dipping it into the milk; your finger should be comfortable. Add sugar, salt and dry yeast to a bowl of milk. If desired, the amount of sugar can be changed according to taste preferences. Stir the ingredients until the sugar and salt dissolve.
STEP 2

Beat the chicken egg into the bowl with the yeast mixture, stir the mixture again so that the chicken egg disperses.
STEP 3

Add vegetable oil. Mix. We sift the wheat flour through a sieve three times to enrich it with oxygen and make the dough more airy, manageable and soft.
STEP 4

Pour the wheat flour into the bowl with the liquid ingredients. You need to add flour in parts so as not to make the dough tight and heavy. It is better to knead the dough with a wooden spoon or spatula.
STEP 5

When it becomes difficult to mix the dough in the bowl, place it on the work surface and knead with your hands. Yeast dough loves your hands, so you need to knead it as long as possible for at least 15 minutes. To obtain the dough of the desired consistency, you may need a little more or less flour, since flour has different densities.
STEP 6

Roll the dough into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with a cloth towel and place in a warm place for an hour. It is better not to place it close to the radiator in winter, so as not to “kill” the yeast in the dough; they do not like too high a temperature, and the dough may not rise.
STEP 7

If everything is done correctly, after the specified amount of time the dough should at least double in size. Knead the dough and you can move on to shaping and baking buns or pies from the prepared dough. Bon appetit!
