I wanted a barbecue, but there was bad weather outside. I found an interesting recipe and decided to make it. I prepared pork kebab in foil in the oven, soft and juicy. I took the pork with a small amount of fat. As for the spices, I chose barbecue seasoning with whole coriander grains. I completely agree with the author of the recipe without onions, kebab is not kebab) That’s why I cut the onion into rings. I marinated the meat and onions in sour cream and, as recommended by the author, added a little lemon. Just like the author decided to add tomatoes to the kebab, it should be juicier with them. I threaded marinated meat, onions and tomatoes onto wooden skewers. I wrapped it in two layers of foil to prevent the juice from leaking out. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. The aroma is amazing!!! The kebab in the oven turned out great! The meat is very soft, tasty and tender. Wonderful marinade made from sour cream and lemon. The tomatoes did their job, they really added juiciness to the dish. The onion was well baked. Everyone really liked the homemade version of shish kebab! Thank you very much to the author!
