STEP 1

How to make a tasty and juicy kebab in the oven on an onion bed? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take boneless pork. Choose the fat content of the meat according to your taste. Neck, shoulder, ham will do. If you have large onions, like me, two pieces are enough.
STEP 2

Wash the pork, dry it and cut into portions. Place the meat in a bowl. Add meat spices, pepper and salt (if salt is already included in the spice mixture, then there is no need to add it additionally). Pour in 1 tbsp. l. vinegar and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 3

Cover the bowl of meat with cling film and refrigerate overnight. If it is not possible to marinate the meat for a long time, 2-3 hours is enough.
STEP 4

Peel the onions and cut into rings.
STEP 5

Place the onion in a bowl, pour in the water, the remaining vinegar, and add sugar. Mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
STEP 6

Place all the pickled onions in the baking sleeve.
STEP 7

Spread the pork over the onion. Tie the sleeve on both sides to prevent the juice from leaking out. Make three small punctures on top with a knife to allow steam to escape.
