Wash the green onions and finely chop them. Mix the curd cheese with the green onions. Add salt. If you wish, you can add a little pepper to taste. I didn't do this.

    Boil the egg hard-boiled. How to do this correctly, read in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Cool the boiled egg and remove the shell. Grate the egg on a fine grater and add it to the bowl with the cream cheese and stir the mixture. The spread is ready.

    The pickled cucumber must be cut into very thin slices. I did this with a vegetable peeler, so my slices turned out to be the same thickness.

    Cut the black bread into small thin slices. The size of the slice should be such that the sprats fit on it. To make the taste of the sandwiches even brighter, you can first lightly fry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan and rub a peeled clove of garlic on all sides.

    Spread each slice of bread with prepared cream cheese. Do not skimp on the spread; it will give the snack a pleasant creamy taste. I put heaping tablespoons of spread on my slices of bread.

    Now you need to twist the cucumber slices into a spiral and place them on sandwiches. If you fold the spirals with the seam down, they will not unwind.

    Prepare sprats for serving. I suggest cutting off the tails and visible fins. You can leave the fish with a tail (it won’t be felt in the dish), but personally I think it doesn’t look very nice. Place two fish on each sandwich. Before serving, garnish the sandwiches with a sprig of fresh dill. Bon appetit!

An excellent snack for the holiday table - sandwiches with sprats on black bread. And on an ordinary day, great deliciousness on the table! I really liked the combination of curd cheese, sprat, cucumbers and crispy black bread. I pre-fried the bread in a dry frying pan on both sides.
