Sandwich on a hot dog bun with fried chicken fillet

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the sauce. Mix mayonnaise with mustard, you can add spices, such as paprika, dried tomatoes, suneli hops, ground black pepper, Provençal herbs, or you can not add them - it’s a matter of taste. You can chop the herbs and garlic and add to the sauce, also to taste.
STEP 2
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry well.
STEP 3
Cut the buns lengthwise and heat them on both sides in a grill pan or in a regular frying pan until golden brown; no need to add oil. You can use a toaster.
STEP 4
Brush the bottom halves of the buns with sauce.
STEP 5
Prepare chicken fillet in any way: boiled, baked or fried. I fried both sides in special frying sheets with spices for 7 minutes on each side, and first beat off pieces of fillet to the size of the buns to a thickness of one and a half centimeters.
STEP 6
Cut the tomatoes and cheese into thin slices and place on top of the fillet. It is better to choose tomatoes for sandwiches that are not watery. I also added a little red onion, but if you don’t like onions, you don’t have to add it.
STEP 7
Place lettuce leaves on top of the tomato and cover with the second part of the bun; you can secure it with wooden spikes so that the sandwich does not fall apart and is easy to eat. Delicious sandwiches are ready. Bon appetit!
