STEP 1
Prepare all the ingredients for cooking a pie

Place all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and mix the dough in the "Blender" mode, speed - 4, time - 1 minute. Place the dough in the refrigerator and make the filling.
STEP 3
Pour water into a mixing bowl and set up a steamer. Place broccoli florets and salmon on the top tier of a steamer.
STEP 4
Cook in the "Cooking" mode, speed - 1, time - 15 minutes. Separate the fish fillets from the bones.
STEP 5
Roll out the dough for the base of the pie to a thickness of 2-3 mm and place it on the bottom of the mold, make a side.
STEP 6
Finely chop the greens and prepare the filling in Blender mode, speed 5, time 30 seconds.
STEP 7
Place salmon fillet and broccoli on the dough base and fill with egg-cream mixture.
STEP 8
Bake the salmon and broccoli pie in a preheated oven at 170C for 45 minutes. Check readiness.
STEP 9
Cut the pie into portions and serve hot.
