    Wash each spinach leaf in clean cold water. Place the spinach on paper towels and dry well. Cut off the thick stems and cut the leaves into small strips. Place the spinach in a deep bowl of suitable size.

    Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the center with seeds and cut into thin semicircles. If you take peppers of different colors, the salad will look brighter and more appetizing. Place the bell peppers in a salad bowl.

I bought spinach and decided to try it. Among the abundance of greens, spinach has not yet been on my table. I wanted to make a salad with spinach. The kind of salad that would be delicious and without unnecessary hassles. The salad with spinach and cucumber attracted me because of the simple ingredients that I had on hand, except for pumpkin seeds. I washed the spinach with water and dried it with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. I removed the stems with a knife. I cut the leaves into strips. I placed it in a deep salad bowl. I rinsed the vegetables with water and dried them. I cleaned the bell pepper from seeds. I put the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl with the spinach. Mixed everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, I didn’t have pumpkin seeds. I prepared the dressing and poured it over the salad with spinach and cucumber. Added a little salt and allspice. I mixed everything again.
