I prepared a salad with salted salmon, cucumber and tomatoes according to this recipe, it turned out tasty and beautiful. I replaced the Chinese cabbage with arugula and chopped it a little. I decided to grate the eggs to glue the salad a little, since I served it in portions using a pastry ring. And I just laid the fish on top. I think it turned out very fresh and appetizing. In my opinion, you can also add bread crumbs to this salad, it will turn out even more satisfying and nutritious. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
