    How to make a delicious salad with smoked breast and fresh cucumber? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace meat from smoked breast with meat from drumsticks or legs. You can use any cheese you like.

    Wash the cucumbers, dry and cut into small strips or small cubes. The peel, if it is not hard, not damaged and not bitter, does not need to be cut off. You can replace one long cucumber with 2 short ones.

    Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it and cut it into strips. You can cut a whole head of cabbage or separate it into individual leaves. If you want the salad to be more tender, cut off the white parts in the center of the leaf.

    Remove skin and bones from the smoked breast and cut into small pieces. You can simply disassemble the meat into fibers. You can replace smoked chicken with regular boiled or fried fillet.

I needed to quickly prepare some salad for the arrival of guests and found a recipe: salad with smoked breast and fresh cucumber. All ingredients were available, except for Chinese cabbage. I replaced it with white cabbage, which I finely chopped and crushed with my hands to make it softer. I cut the breast and cucumber into strips, boiled the eggs and grated them on a fine grater. I grated the cheese on a coarse grater. There was no time to assemble the salad in layers, so I simply combined all the ingredients, added a little dill, mayonnaise and mixed.
