    Wash the cabbage, remove the withered outer leaves and stalks and chop finely.

    Wash the cucumber, dry and cut into strips. It is not necessary to cut off the skin, if it is not bitter or tough, but be guided by your taste.

    Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into strips.

It seems like an ordinary salad, but due to an interesting ingredient, the salad takes on a completely different taste! And I’m talking about salad with pollock caviar, cabbage and cucumber. I shredded the cabbage, cut the cucumber and pepper into strips, grated the carrots on a coarse grater, and chopped the dill. I combined all the ingredients, added pollock caviar, a few drops of lemon juice, a little mayonnaise and mixed. It turned out to be a very tasty salad, I took it to work, everyone liked it and no one guessed what the secret ingredient was. Thanks to Maria for the recipe and I advise you to try it.
