Salad with persimmons and pine nuts

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare a salad with persimmons and pine nuts you will need: persimmons, tomatoes, lettuce, pine nuts, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt.
STEP 2
Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan to enhance the nutty aroma.
STEP 3
Wash the persimmon, dry it, cut it into small slices, removing the seeds.
STEP 4
Wash the tomatoes and dry them. If the tomato is large, cut into slices in the same way as persimmons. I have small tomatoes, I cut them into 4 parts.
STEP 5
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Grind the leaves with your hands and place on a plate.
STEP 6
Place persimmon slices on top.
STEP 7
Then add chopped tomatoes.
STEP 8
Sprinkle pine nuts on top of the salad.
STEP 9
For dressing, mix lemon juice, liquid honey, olive oil. Add a small pinch of salt if desired. Mix everything well until the honey is completely dissolved. If the honey is thickened, you can dissolve it in a warm water bath.
STEP 10
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
