    How to make a salad with lemon? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. To prepare a salad, it is better to take young cabbage. It has crispy, tender and juicy leaves.

    Remove any outer spoiled leaves from the cabbage. Rinse the head of cabbage under running water and dry with paper towels to remove any remaining moisture. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Place in a deep salad bowl of suitable size.

    Peel the carrots, rinse and dry. Grate the carrots using a coarse grater or a vegetable slicer for Korean salads. Add to cabbage.

    Wash the cucumber. If necessary, cut off the peel. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and place in a salad bowl.

    Chop young green onions finely. This time I used half a red onion.

    Prepare lemon dressing. Squeeze the juice of one small lemon into a deep bowl. Add olive oil, mustard, honey and spices to taste. Dry Provencal herbs, basil and sweet paprika will perfectly complement the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. If desired, you can add garlic through a press to the lemon dressing.

    Finely chop the dill or parsley and add to the salad. Add salt to taste and mix everything well.

In spring, you want to make a salad from the freshest vegetables. Just new harvest cabbage and greenhouse cucumbers, and even young and tender greens. After cutting, I mashed the cabbage with my hands and salt for greater juiciness. I grated the carrots on a medium grater and cut the cucumbers into slices. Greens included lettuce, parsley and dill. For dressing I took ready-made lemon juice. The salad turned out to be very juicy, bright, with a pleasant sourness. The dressing is delicious, sour and spicy with honey sweetness. A real vitamin salad with lemon, both tasty and healthy!

Salad with lemon is simple and so delicious. I chopped fresh white cabbage, cucumber and purple onion, and grated carrots. For the dressing, I mixed oil, lemon juice, paprika, basil, sugar, mustard and salt. I combined everything in a salad bowl and seasoned it. The salad turned out amazing. Very flavorful and crispy. This magical dressing added incredible flavor to simple vegetables. And sour, and spicy, and sweet. Basil and paprika complemented the taste perfectly. Well, it's very tasty. This is the third time I’ll make this salad, it’s impossible to put it down. Many thanks to the author!
