A simple and interesting recipe. Eggs here are not traditionally boiled, but in the form of fried pancakes. Due to this, the salad turns out tender, the cucumber and bell pepper add freshness to the salad, and the piquancy of smoked meat. I don’t add salt to these salads; the salt in the sausage and mayonnaise is enough for us. I also use as little mayonnaise as possible; today I only used one spoon. I just let the salad sit for 20 minutes. and fresh vegetables gave up their juice. A great option when “guests are on the doorstep”, or just as a snack or addition to dinner.
