STEP 1
How to make a salad with chicken breast, cucumber and egg? Prepare your food. The fillet is better suited chilled, it will turn out juicier. Thaw frozen food first. Boil potatoes and eggs in advance and cool completely. Wash and dry lettuce leaves, cucumbers and greens.
STEP 2
Spread clean and dried fillets with salt and paprika. In addition, you can use any spices to your taste.
STEP 3
Wrap the fillet in foil, being careful to tuck the edges in so the juices don't spill out. Place the resulting bundle in a baking dish. Bake the meat for 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Then remove it from the oven and cool completely. Fillet baked in this way turns out very juicy and soft. But you can use fried or boiled meat.
STEP 4
Cut the cucumbers into medium cubes.
STEP 5
How to boil potatoes in their jackets? Wash the tubers well, pour cold water in a saucepan and cook over low heat. After boiling, cook the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size and variety. Check readiness with a sharp knife - it will easily pierce the tuber. Cool the boiled potatoes completely, peel them and cut them into the same cubes as the cucumbers.
STEP 6
How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the cooled and peeled eggs into cubes.
STEP 7
Finely chop the dill. In addition to dill, you can use other greens - green onions, parsley.
STEP 8
Also cut the completely cooled fillet into cubes. The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape.
STEP 9
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that the salad will be dressed with mayonnaise, which already contains salt; do not over-salt it. Add mayonnaise, stir.
STEP 10
You can serve the salad immediately in a salad bowl or, like me, put it out using a cooking ring. To do this, take a flat plate and place lettuce leaves on the bottom. Place a ring on them, place the salad in it, compact the top. Carefully remove the ring. Decorate the top of the salad with herbs. Bon appetit!
