Potatoes with chicken breast
To prepare potatoes with chicken breast in the classic version, you will need products that can almost always be found in any kitchen. In addition to the main ones, these are: onions, carrots, tomato paste, herbs and spices. Moreover, you don’t have to touch the pasta at all and cook without it.
Typically the vegetables are roasted separately and then mixed with the roasted and sliced breasts. You can add water or broth to the dish to make gravy. To thicken, add toasted flour. In addition to those listed, it can be supplemented with: bell peppers, tomatoes, green beans, cabbage.
You can cook potatoes with chicken breast on the stove (in a frying pan, saucepan, saucepan), in the oven (on a baking sheet, in a mold, in pots), in a slow cooker, on an electric grill and even in the microwave. When choosing different techniques, different heat treatment methods are used: frying, stewing, baking, steaming. In the latter case, the dish can be considered dietary, especially if you first boil the potatoes to get rid of excess starch in them.
