Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients. Chicken breast, eggs and potatoes must be boiled in advance and cooled. We leave the chicken broth, we will pour it over the finished okroshka.

Chop potatoes and eggs.

Chop green onions and dill

Mix everything, add sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, citric acid, sour cream, pour in broth.
STEP 7
Place the finished dish in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The result is a fragrant spring okroshka made with chicken broth, which cools well in the hot season. Can be served with whey, kefir, kvass

There are so many varieties of this okroshka and each time you get a new fresh taste. I tried okroshka in broth for the first time - it turned out very flavorful, my husband and I liked it. It’s especially relevant in summer and spring when you don’t want to overload your body with heavy and hot food. Thanks for the recipe! Now cold okroshechka is what you need! What I especially liked about your recipe is that it’s made with meat broth, it’s unusual and turns out very satisfying.
