There are so many varieties of this okroshka and each time you get a new fresh taste. I tried okroshka in broth for the first time - it turned out very flavorful, my husband and I liked it. It’s especially relevant in summer and spring when you don’t want to overload your body with heavy and hot food. Thanks for the recipe! Now cold okroshechka is what you need! What I especially liked about your recipe is that it’s made with meat broth, it’s unusual and turns out very satisfying.
