STEP 1

How to make a salad with cream cheese and chicken? Prepare your food. Pre-boil chicken fillet, eggs and potatoes (with skin) and cool. Place processed cheese (1 package) in the freezer, then it will be easier to grate it. Use cheese without milk fat substitutes, it is of better quality and tastier.
STEP 2

How to boil potatoes in their jackets? Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Place on high heat. When the water boils, turn down the heat. Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Check readiness with a sharp knife - it should easily pierce the tuber. When the potatoes are ready, drain the water and cool them. Then peel off the skin. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place as the first layer on a plate or on the bottom of a salad bowl.
STEP 3

I prepare the salad using a serving ring, pressing each layer with a press. Lubricate the potato layer with a small amount of mayonnaise or make a mayonnaise mesh. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. For the mesh, it is convenient to make a hole in the lid of the mayonnaise package (using an awl) or put the mayonnaise in a bag and make a small hole.
STEP 4

How to cook chicken breast? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the meat in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Then remove the meat and cool (use the broth for preparing other dishes). Break the chilled chicken fillet into fibers and place it in a second layer in the salad. Using a press or spoon, lightly press the fillet onto the previous layer. Make a mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 5

Grate the pre-boiled and cooled eggs on a coarse grater and place in the next layer on the salad. Coat the layer with mayonnaise or make a mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 6

Remove the pre-cooled processed cheese from the packaging and grate it on a coarse grater. Place the last layer of grated cheese on the salad. Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour so that the layers are well soaked.
STEP 7

Serve the salad chilled, garnishing it to your liking. Bon appetit!
