The one pot method of cooking has become one of my favorites. There is something cozy and homey about it. And it’s absolutely easy to cook with them. This time I decided to cook chicken with mushrooms and potatoes in a pot. I cut the meat from chicken thighs. I had 200 grams of champignons. Instead of using a pre-made chicken spice mix, I added dried basil. I mixed all the ingredients in a bowl and divided them into six pots (0.5 l). Filled the pots 2/3 full. The chicken with mushrooms and potatoes was baked for 50 minutes. It turned out very tasty and aromatic. All ingredients were cooked perfectly. The potatoes were imbued with the taste of chicken and mushrooms. It became soft, but did not fall apart. The dinner turned out to be hearty and very cozy. Thank you very much Maria for the recipe!
