I recently read a recipe in the newspaper for Everyday Chicken Salad, I modified it a little and here it is in front of you. Appreciate the simplicity and taste of this food. Eating beans may seem a little heavy on the stomach, but this is not the case at all. It's high in fiber, which aids digestion and appears to help lower cholesterol.

And if you put boiled chicken in this salad, not smoked, season it with light mayonnaise - that’s all you need - just one spoon - the diet food is ready. For dinner it's not even bad.

I’ve become interested in salads with beans, I’ve already tried several options, I’ve never made one with potatoes before)) In my opinion, beans and potatoes in one plate are somehow too filling. But with different fresh vegetables it turns out lighter and juicier)) I recommend trying it)
