Salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken breast and celery

STEP 1
To prepare a salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken breast, we will also need the following products: potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles, celery root, canned peas, onions, mayonnaise and salt. We take the number of products according to the list.
STEP 2
Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins in salted water. It will take about 30 minutes to cook.
STEP 3
Also boil the chicken breast in salted water, also for 30 minutes.
STEP 4
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in cold water.
STEP 5
While the potatoes, carrots, eggs and chicken breast are cooking, let's start chopping the remaining ingredients. Grate the celery root on a fine grater.

Cut the onion into small cubes. Chopped onions can be poured with boiling water for a few minutes to remove the bitterness, then drain the water.

We also cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.

Cut the head of Chinese cabbage in half, then lengthwise into 4 parts and cut crosswise to make small strips.

Peel the boiled and cooled potatoes, carrots, and eggs.

Chop the carrots into small cubes with a vegetable cutter.

We also chop the boiled eggs into cubes using a vegetable cutter.

Cut the chicken breast into medium cubes.

Place all the crushed ingredients, as well as canned peas, in a deep bowl and add mayonnaise to them. You can add a little salt to taste.

Mix the salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken breast well so that all ingredients are evenly distributed.
STEP 16
We immediately serve the finished salad on the table as an independent dish as a cold appetizer.
