Excuse me, but doesn’t the specific taste of celery turn this salad into a salad with an unknown taste? There are so many ingredients mixed together. You write about the combination of Chinese cabbage and chicken, I agree 100%, the combination is amazing. I always thought that a salad should consist of three, a maximum of five components in order to better feel the taste of the main product, and other products should serve as a complement to it and in no case interrupt its taste.
