I take the chicken. But in this salad we don’t need a whole one, half is enough. I boil it until tender. I separate the meat from the bone and cut it into pieces. I like it better when everything is big, it looks much more beautiful.

Cauliflower also needs to be boiled in salted water. It will take me about fifteen minutes, but be careful not to overcook it, otherwise it will be soft and lose its appearance and taste. I'm taking it apart into pieces.

I make sour cream sauce like this: 250 g sour cream, 30 g flour, 1/4 liter milk, salt, about 10 g sugar, vinegar, 4 tbsp. spoons of finely chopped dill, 1 yolk. The whole family loves this salad.
