Salad with celery and beef
An original and hearty salad for celery lovers!!! Welcome to the celery lovers club :)
If you have baked or boiled meat left over from last night’s dinner, you can use it to prepare a completely new dish!
For example, this salad) I’m a fan of celery, so this root vegetable is a permanent resident of my refrigerator))
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 15 mins
STEP 1
We use raw celery root. Cut off the required amount and peel.
STEP 2
Cut the celery into thin strips (julienne). We cut the green, sour apple in the same way.
STEP 3
Prepare a sauce from yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey and salt to taste.
STEP 4
Season the apple and celery with sauce.
STEP 5
Cut the beef into thin slices and place on a plate. Using a serving ring, place the celery and apple salad on top.
