STEP 1
How to make a salad with cabbage, crab sticks and cucumber? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs in advance and cool. Crab sticks, if they were frozen, defrost. Place the corn in a sieve to drain all the liquid. White cabbage or Peking cabbage is suitable; it is better to take regular cabbage young, with tender leaves.
STEP 2
Peel the crab sticks from the film in which they are packaged. Cut the sticks into small cubes, about the size of a grain of corn, which will be added to the salad - this will make it look nice and neat.
STEP 3
Also cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Be sure to try to see if the cucumber is bitter - such a vegetable will spoil the taste of the entire salad.
STEP 4
How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the cooled eggs and also chop them into cubes.
STEP 5
Place all the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl, add the corn, from which all the liquid has drained.
STEP 6
Shred the cabbage into short strips. I have Beijing, I cut the green top part. If your cabbage is a little tough, knead it with your hands until it softens.

Add chopped cabbage to other foods.

Season the salad with mayonnaise. You can use it purchased or make it yourself. In addition to mayonnaise, the salad can be seasoned with sour cream or a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Add salt to taste, keeping in mind that the composition contains salted sticks and dressing. Toss the salad and serve immediately. If you plan to serve it later, put the salad in the refrigerator undressed so that the vegetables do not release their juices.
