Salad with broccoli and canned tuna

Separate the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until tender (about 5 minutes). Place on a sieve and plunge into cold water for 1 minute.
STEP 3
Boil quail eggs hard, peel and cut into 2 halves. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into 2-4 pieces depending on their size. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
STEP 4
In a salad bowl, mix lettuce leaves (first tear them into small pieces with your hands), eggs, cherry tomatoes, onions and broccoli (all water should completely drain from it).
STEP 5
For dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ready-made mustard, chopped garlic clove and chopped herbs. Stir and add a little salt and pepper if desired.
STEP 6
Place salad in salad bowls and place pieces of feta on top.
STEP 7
Before serving, add the dressing and you are ready to serve. Bon appetit!
