Anka, your serving variations suit me very much, the sauce is visible, and the vegetables are not greased or mixed, everything is whole and beautiful. I love beets in any form, even just sliced, although I like them better when smeared with olive oil, so they shine and shimmer, but this is a salad and sauce next to me, and a fork with me, so everything is in order, just serve during)))

And I’m actually a beet maniac)) I use it in salads and as a side dish! I don’t need honey, but give me more beets)) I myself eat an average of 1.5 kg of beets a week, I love them just grated, boiled in tandem with meat, I was an ideal kindergarten child)) And yes, I really like it the dish looked aesthetically pleasing and presentable, so I never cook it in advance (if possible)
