Salad Evening with mushrooms, Korean carrots and chicken

STEP 1

How to make an Evening salad with mushrooms and Korean carrots? Prepare ingredients for making salad. The salad is prepared from boiled, fried or smoked chicken, I take breast, but you can take thighs or drumsticks of any fillet. Prunes must first be soaked in warm water. Fresh cucumbers. You can buy Korean carrots, or you can cook them yourself at home. Prepare dishes for salad.
STEP 2

Clean fresh champignon mushrooms (frozen ones can also be used) from debris and soil residues, rinse under running water. Coarsely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil until tender, stirring constantly. While frying, add a little salt to the mushrooms.
STEP 3

Remove skin from chicken (I don’t add skin to salad), remove bones if there are any left and cut into small cubes. Place the chopped chicken in your chosen salad bowl. Lightly coat the chicken layer with mayonnaise.
STEP 4

Cool the mushrooms fried with onions. Place the next layer of mushrooms and onions. This layer can also be coated with a small amount of mayonnaise.
STEP 5

Finely chop the steamed prunes and place in a salad bowl on top of the layer of fried champignons. Here I do not coat the layer with mayonnaise.
STEP 6

Wash fresh cucumbers, dry them and cut off the ends. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and place on top of the prunes in the salad. Coat the layer with cucumbers with mayonnaise.
STEP 7

Place Korean-style carrots evenly on top of the cucumber layer. The salad is ready and can be decorated with fresh herbs, cucumbers, or simply arrange carrots beautifully in the top layer of the salad.
STEP 8

Cool the finished salad before serving. It can be served in a common salad bowl, or you can serve it in portions using a serving ring.
