STEP 1
How to make a salad with chicken, mushrooms, carrots and eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Eggs must be boiled in advance. To do this, fill them with cold water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
STEP 2
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chopped carrots and onions. Fry vegetables for 3-5 minutes. During frying they will become soft. Then transfer them to a separate plate and leave to cool.
STEP 3
Rinse and dry the champignons thoroughly, then finely chop. Fry them for 5-7 minutes. During frying, the mushrooms will shrink in size and begin to brown. Remove them from the heat and cool as well.
STEP 4
Chicken fillet also needs to be boiled in boiling water for about 30 minutes in advance. Then cool. Cut the cooled chicken meat into small cubes. Peel the eggs.
STEP 5
The salad can be mixed in a common salad bowl or carefully laid out in layers. I'll layer it in a serving ring. Place the ring on a plate and place the chopped chicken in the first layer. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.
STEP 6
Place a layer of fried carrots and onions on the chicken. Press down each layer a little so that the salad holds its shape after removing the ring.
STEP 7
Grate the chicken eggs on a coarse grater and place in the next layer.
STEP 8
Then there will be a layer of fried mushrooms.
STEP 9
