We love stewed potatoes with meat, so for dinner we prepared roast beef in a slow cooker according to this recipe. To begin with, I fried onions and carrots, cut into semicircles. Then I added the beef. I cooked it on the “fry” program for 20 minutes in total. Then I added coarsely chopped potatoes and simmered for another 50 minutes. There was enough water. The tomato paste went really well with the roast. For spices I took paprika and dried dill. The roast turned out great! Very delicious! The beef is soft, tender, juicy. The potatoes were not overcooked, although they became soft. The overall taste is slightly sweet, probably due to the presence of carrots and tomatoes. I also liked the recipe because you don’t need to monitor the cooking process. Everything is easy and simple). Thanks for such a useful recipe!
