STEP 1
How to make beef roast in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any type of meat for cooking. I will cook with beef meat. Choose boneless pulp. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt.
STEP 2
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Chop the onion not very finely.
STEP 3
Turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode and heat the bowl until hot. Pour some vegetable oil into it. Add chopped onion and fry for a minute until translucent. Cut the peeled carrots into half rings or cubes. You can grate it. Add carrots to the bowl. Fry the vegetables for another 3-4 minutes.
STEP 4
At this time, cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.
STEP 5
Place the chopped meat in a bowl and fry for another 3-4 minutes until the meat changes color.
STEP 6
Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces.
STEP 7
Place potatoes in a bowl. Pour in hot water with tomato paste mixed in it. Add salt and spices to taste. I add ground pepper and dried herbs as spice. Mix everything.
STEP 8
Place chopped bell peppers on top. Close the multicooker lid and turn on the “Stew” mode for 1 -1.5 hours. With slow simmering, the meat and vegetables will become very tender, soft and saturated with each other's aromas. Place the finished dish on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
