    Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. The size of the rolled out dough for the bottom of the pie should be larger than the pan in which you will bake.

    Place the potatoes on the dough and add a little salt.

    The second layer will be meat, and the third will be onions. Salt and pepper.

    Cover the filling with a second layer of dough. We pinch the edges. Make a hole in the center of the pie. It can be done with a glass, or just with your fingers.

    Grease the top of the pie with vegetable oil. Can be brushed with lightly beaten egg. We close the hole with an onion. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

After this time, the pie should theoretically be ready. But I recommend that you carefully check the degree of readiness of the potatoes. If necessary, you can add a little more broth and put it in the oven for a short time.
