STEP 1

How to make pork steak in the oven in foil? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Vegetable oil can be olive or sunflower depending on preference. In addition to these spices, you can use your own to taste. Instead of cherry tomatoes, you can use regular strong tomatoes. You can replace bacon with other smoked meat, cut into thin slices, for example, ham.
STEP 2

Wash the pork steaks and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Grease both sides with vegetable oil and sprinkle with spices.
STEP 3

Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into rings.
STEP 4

Heat a grill pan over high heat. Place the steaks and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until a bright, clear pattern appears on the surface of the meat.
STEP 5

Remove the steaks from the pan and let them cool slightly. Wrap each steak tightly with 2-3 slices of bacon.
STEP 6

Wash and dry the tomatoes and champignons. If the champignons are large, cut them into 2-4 pieces. Place the bacon-wrapped steak on a sheet of foil. Place cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and bell peppers around. Place a sprig of rosemary on top.

Wrap the steak in foil to prevent any juices from leaking out while baking. Prepare the remaining steaks in the same way.

Place the pork in a preheated oven at 250°C for 15 minutes. It is better to place the meat wrapped in foil on a baking sheet. If juice does leak from under the foil, it will not stain the oven.
STEP 9

Then open the foil and return the meat to the oven for another 5 minutes.
STEP 10
