Pork kebab in foil in the oven is soft and juicy

Soft, juicy, aromatic. No fire or skewers. Pork shish kebab in foil in the oven tastes just as good as something cooked over a fire. At the same time, thanks to the foil, the meat retains its juiciness and simply melts in your mouth. Try it and see for yourself!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

There are many options for marinating pork kebab. My favorite is when the meat is soaked in sour cream, mayonnaise or kefir. The meat turns out incomparable. Let's first prepare the meat for the kebabs. I cut the piece into such small slices.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To ensure that the meat is well marinated while the oven is heating up, let's make the simplest marinade for kebab. These are dry spices. I used a mixture of peppers and suneli hops. I also salted everything a little.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

The kebab will also work without onions, but with this character the finished product turns out more tasty and refined. Therefore, we will chop the peeled onion randomly. Since I like to string onion slices onto skewers, I cut it that way. We also need a bow for the so-called. pillows on which the kebab will be baked.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Now let's marinate and salt (so that it releases juice) the onion.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Combine meat with onions. Mix well and add lemon slices. You can squeeze out the juice, but you need to calculate it so that it is not sour, otherwise the meat will be tough.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

All this can be left as is. And for an hour, or two, and even overnight if you want. But, when the guests are already sitting and looking with hope at the oven, which is already heated, whether you want it or not, you start to rush. I decided to add a little sour cream and mix everything.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next, I threaded the meat onto wooden skewers, and at the last moment I decided to add cherry pieces. It’s both pleasant for the taste and for a color accent. We string tightly, but without fanaticism.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

And place the kebabs on a layer of onions in foil.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

After sprinkling curry on top of the kebabs, I formed a package, which I placed in a baking dish (if not, you can put it on a raft).

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Bake in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes. But the exact time depends on the oven. Serve it on the table quickly!

There was a good piece of pork in the refrigerator, I made shish kebab from it according to the recipe for kebab in foil in the oven from pork. For the marinade I used tomato paste, mustard, vegetable oil and salt. For spices I used dried basil. I cut the pork into medium pieces, added the onion cut into rings and all the marinade ingredients to the meat, and mixed. I left the meat in the refrigerator for 2 hours. I baked the pork in the oven for 50 minutes at 220°. I made a mold for it with foil sides, which I inserted into a heat-resistant baking dish. At the same time, she covered the meat with another sheet of foil. Soon, appetizing aromas spread throughout the house. The meat came out in its own juice, very appetizing! Since I added more tomato paste, the kebab acquired a pronounced tomato flavor, which I really liked! The pork became soft and juicy. Very tasty! Thank you very much!
